- Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) may be a two-year MBA meant for freshers who are trying to find a career in management. At the successful ending of the program, a diploma is awarded to the candidate.
The traditional perception is that a post graduate MBA for 2 years. However, there are options where an MBA may be completed in one year.
