- Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) could be a one-year MBA that’s aimed toward and suitable for the experienced aspirant. In its most basic form, it is comparable to the PGDM, and also the successful completion entitles the candidate to receive a certificate.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) may be a two-year MBA meant for freshers who are trying to find a career in management. At the successful ending of the program, a diploma is awarded to the candidate.
The traditional perception is that a post graduate MBA for 2 years. However, there are options where an MBA may be completed in one year.
